CHD Law was established by Chaitali H. Desai after gaining eight (8) years of experience in the field of Real Estate Law and Family Law in the Region of Peel. Diversity is respected and accepted in this Law Firm and CHD Law comprises of staff from various ethnic backgrounds.

Chaitali H. Desai, the principal lawyer of the Firm was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009, prior to her call to the Bar she was employed in various boutique law firms since 2003 and this background has helped her develop excellent understanding of issues related to complex family law litigation.


She has a keen interest in Family Law matters and believes that all cases should not necessarily end up in court. She interacts with clients, analyzes and aims to provide best legal course of action to be initiated in family law proceedings, while keeping in mind the client’s emotional strain. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.
